I want to engage your services. How do we proceed?

You can email me at lemonpassion@gmail.com or use the Contact page to let me know your requirements such as the service you need, your timeline, stationery and ink to be used. From there, I will send you a custom quotation for the work to be done.

I want to see your work in person. Can I order some samples?

I would be happy to mail you samples of my work. If you have a specific ink and paper colour combination you’d like to see, I’ll try to accommodate the request. Send me your mailing address so I can post them to you!

Is there a minimum number of envelopes / cards per order?

No, there isn’t. I don’t require a minimum number per order since I understand that all events have different requirements.

How much lead time do you need and how long does it take for the order to be completed?

For an order of less than 30 pieces, turnaround time is 5 days after receiving the stationery. Anything over that would require at least 7 days to be completed and dispatched. But I understand that life happens and sometimes time lines are short. I am committed to helping you out as best as I can. I accept rush orders but they will incur a 50% surcharge on top of the total amount quoted for the work.

Will you be providing the stationery?

You can provide your own custom stationery and send it to me. Alternatively, I can source it for you and add the cost to the custom quotation that I will send you.

Do you require extra stationery?

Yes, I do. Mistakes happen so I would require an additional 20% extra. Any unused stationery will be returned to you together with the completed order.

Do you require a deposit to start the order?

Yes, once you agree to the quotation, I will require a 50% (of the total amount quoted) non-refundable deposit. Note that the quotation does not include P&P. This will be included in the final invoice. The remaining balance will be invoiced and should be paid once the work is completed. The completed work will be posted to you once the payment confirmed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I do. Shipping fee will be included in the invoice once the work has been completed.
